Appointment Policy
Do to the increase of individuals scheduling appointments then not showing up with no prior advance notice; we are forced to start a policy. Unfortunately this is a case of “ only takes a few to ruin it for everyone”. We are not happy that it has come to this, but we can not continue to have lost revenue due to people not showing up or even worse, not contacting us to let us know they are cancelling.
Please just know that when we confirm your appointment, we hold that date and time open for your vehicle(s) service. Meanwhile we are turning other customers away for your selected date and time to ensure that your vehicle is getting the detailing service you selected. Because of this we may now require your debit/credit card information when you book your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling needs to be done atleast 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment (preferably 48 hours or more). Your card will only be charged if you do not contact us 24+ hours prior to scheduled time. The cancellation fee is $80 for that day. Sorry for the inconvenience and I apologize that it has come to this. Hope to see ya soon! Thank you in advance!
